What we do, in order.

Typical timeline

Single-location projects usually run 5–10 business days. Multi-location and delivery-integrated builds take 2–3 weeks.

Avg 7 business days

01 Day 1

We confirm scope, ask any clarifying questions, and lock the platform (ChowNow / Toast / Square Online).

02 Days 2–3

Items, categories, modifier groups, prices, tax rates, and prep times all go in. Preview link by end of Day 3.

03 Days 4–5

POS (Toast/Square) connected, courier dispatch (DoorDash Drive / Uber Direct) set up, SMS templates, KDS routing tested.

04 Days 6–7

Real orders run end-to-end through your kitchen — website tap to courier pickup. Anything that misfires gets re-tuned.

05 Day 8

You receive the Loom walkthrough, the printable PDF for your line, and admin access. Open for orders.
